【柔佛·森林城市，2025年4月29日讯】 CGPV首席财务官Kevin Li（黎耕）表示，森林城市特别金融区吸引了众多金融科技、区块链及家庭办公室等新兴企业的关注。仅本月，已有两家本地家庭办公室成功落户。

Forest City Charts a New Path for Regional Dispute Resolution
CGPV CFO Kevin Li shared that the Forest City Special Financial Zone has attracted growing interest from FinTech, blockchain, and family office sectors. This month alone, two local family offices have established presence within the zone.
With the rise of cross-border transactions, the need for practical, cost-effective dispute resolution has never been greater. The new arbitration and mediation platform reduces dependency on high-cost centers like Singapore and offers a localized, adaptive solution for regional businesses.
Kelvin also revealed CGPV’s upcoming collaboration with Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) to launch a FinTech Sandbox, enabling real-world experimentation in digital finance and blockchain applications.
A Legal Ecosystem in the Making
Professor Steve Ngo added:
“We see Forest City not only as a strategic location, but as a platform to build long-term legal trust and institutional confidence within the Johor-Singapore corridor.”
