【布城,6月25日讯】吉尔吉斯共和国总统沙迪尔·扎帕罗夫(Sadyr Japarov)今日抵马展开国事访问,并与首相拿督斯里安华共同见证一系列双边合作协议的签署,涵盖旅游、卫生、高等教育、数码转型、网络安全等多个关键领域,标志着马吉两国关系迈入新的里程碑。

在首相官邸举行的签署仪式上,双方共交换多项谅解备忘录(MoU)及互换照会(EoN),明确双方在加强战略合作、提升人文交流与深化经济联系方面的共同愿景。

马来西亚外交部长拿督斯里莫哈末哈山分别与吉尔吉斯共和国经济与商务部长斯迪科夫、数码发展与创新技术部长贾曼古洛夫,交换涵盖旅游、数码转型、网络安全及贸易的三份谅解备忘录。此外,莫哈末哈山也与吉尔吉斯外交部长库鲁巴耶夫、文化信息与青年政策部长曼别塔利耶夫,交换两份关于外交官及青年培训的互换照会,以及一份刑事司法互助条约的意向书。

在教育与卫生领域方面,马来西亚高等教育部长拿督斯里赞比里与吉尔吉斯科学、高教与创新部长奥罗佐夫,签署有关高等教育合作的谅解备忘录;卫生部长拿督斯里祖基菲里阿末则与吉尔吉斯卫生部长切切巴耶夫交换卫生合作的MoU,预计将推动两国在医护体系与公共卫生领域的经验交流与协作。

此次访问期间,两国智库与工商团体也深化合作。吉尔吉斯总统属下的国家战略倡议研究院与马来西亚策略与国际研究所(ISIS Malaysia),以及吉尔吉斯工商会与大马全国总商会(NCCIM),分别签署两份谅解备忘录。签署代表包括ISIS主席拿督莫哈末法依兹教授、吉尔吉斯司法部长巴耶托夫、大马全国总商会会长拿督斯里哥巴拉克里斯南,以及吉尔吉斯工商会主席萨里耶夫。

此次国事访问和双边协议的签署,预计将为马吉两国在多层面战略合作注入新动能,进一步巩固两国友好关系,推动区域和平与共同发展。

PUTRAJAYA, June 25 — Malaysia and the Kyrgyz Republic today reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with the signing of a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and Exchanges of Notes (EoNs), covering key sectors such as tourism, health, higher education, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.

The signing ceremony was held at the Prime Minister’s Office in Putrajaya and was jointly witnessed by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov, who is currently undertaking an official visit to Malaysia.

Malaysian Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan exchanged three MoUs with Kyrgyz counterparts: Economy and Commerce Minister Daniyar Amangeldiev, Minister of Digital Development and Innovation Talantbek Imanov, covering cooperation in tourism, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and trade.

Mohamad Hasan also exchanged two EoNs on diplomatic and youth training, and a Letter of Intent on mutual legal assistance in criminal matters with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev and Minister of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy Altynbek Maksutov.

Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Zambry Abd Kadir signed an MoU on higher education with Kyrgyz Minister of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, while Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Zulkifli Ahmad exchanged a health cooperation MoU with Kyrgyz Health Minister Alymkadyr Beishenaliev.

In addition, two more MoUs were signed between think tanks and business chambers from both nations: the Kyrgyz National Institute for Strategic Initiatives and the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS Malaysia), as well as the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (NCCIM) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The MoUs were signed by ISIS Chairman Prof. Datuk Mohamad Faiz, Kyrgyz Justice Minister Aybek Bayetov, NCCIM President Datuk Seri Gobalakrishnan, and Kyrgyz Chamber Chairman Marat Sariev.

This visit is expected to pave the way for deeper strategic cooperation, enhanced people-to-people exchanges, and stronger economic links between Malaysia and the Kyrgyz Republic.
