《吉隆坡宣言》将定调东盟未来数码战略，MaiStorage落户大马象征AI产业正式起步
（布城22日讯） 首相拿督斯里安华表示，马来西亚将在担任2025年东盟轮值主席国期间，积极引领区域在**数码转型和人工智能（AI）**方面的合作与发展。他指出，数码科技和AI将成为东盟国家之间未来的重要合作方向，而马来西亚已经准备好扮演关键角色。
“我们有政治稳定，也有清晰的政策方向，这让马来西亚在国际上越来越受到重视。”安华说，“我们不只是要发展自己，也要和邻国一起在数码和AI领域变得更具竞争力。”
安华强调，数码转型将会是大马担任轮值主席国期间的核心议题之一。除了现有的能源转型与电网合作项目，他指出，数码发展也将在本周末召开的东盟峰会、以及与海湾国家合作委员会（GCC）和中国的会议中，成为重点讨论议题。
MaiStorage科技公司在马启用 AI产业布局迈出实质一步
安华是在出席MaiStorage科技公司开幕仪式时发表上述讲话的。该公司由全球知名的NAND闪存控制芯片与存储方案供应商群联电子（Phison）通过其子公司在马来西亚设立，是一家专注于人工智能、数据中心及车用电子技术的科技企业。
MaiStorage的成立，标志着马来西亚在发展AI产业方面，迈出了实质性的一步。该公司未来将提供集成电路（IC）设计与高性能存储技术服务，主要面向AI、工业与交通科技等高增长领域。
“我非常高兴看到MaiStorage今天正式启用。”安华说，“这家公司的出现，不仅是一个新企业落户，更代表了我们数码转型政策的效果开始显现。”
政府明确政策方向，吸引科技企业落地投资
安华强调，MaiStorage之所以决定在大马设立基地，是因为政府在政策上给出了明确方向。他也特别感谢投资、贸易及工业部（MITI）、马来西亚人才机构（TalentCorp）以及雪兰莪州政府等单位，为MaiStorage落地提供了全方位的支持。
“从去年初我们首次会面，到8月决定投资，再到10月开始营运，如今已经看到成果。”安华表示，“这显示了马来西亚吸引全球高科技企业的能力。”
MaiStorage创办人拿督潘健成是马来西亚本地人才，多年来在海外创业成功，建立了全球知名企业群联电子。如今，他选择将AI领域的事业带回马来西亚，也是对本地发展环境的高度认可。

除了企业层面的合作，安华也谈到了即将于本周举行的第46届东盟峰会。他透露，在会议上，各国领袖将共同发布**《吉隆坡宣言》**，为未来东盟区域的发展方向设定基调。
“这份宣言将聚焦治理改革、数码转型和战略应对。它不是空谈，而是我们和各国领袖、学者与官员一起合作，认真讨论并形成共识的成果。”他说。
目前，东盟国家对宣言草案内容已经达成高度共识，并准备进入实际执行阶段。“我们不只是制定文件，更重要的是把这些承诺转化为实际的行动。”安华补充说。
他同时指出，在推动区域发展的过程中，和平与安全依然是最基础的前提。只有在稳定的环境下，东盟国家才能真正抓住AI和数码化带来的新机遇。
数码转型与AI是未来增长新动力 马来西亚准备好了
随着越来越多国家将AI列为国家重点发展领域，马来西亚也正积极采取行动。安华表示，政府未来会继续提供清晰政策、良好治理与廉洁执行机制，为高科技企业提供适合成长的土壤。
“我们的最大挑战，是如何把政策落到实处。我和我的团队一开始就强调治理和执行能力。只要我们做得到这一点，马来西亚就可以成为全球AI与数码科技投资的首选目的地。”
他也表示，马来西亚不会独善其身，而是要通过东盟平台，与邻国携手打造一个更有韧性、开放和现代化的区域经济生态系统。

PUTRAJAYA, May 22, 2025 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim announced Malaysia’s commitment to spearheading digitalization and artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives in the ASEAN region as the country assumes the ASEAN chairmanship in 2025. This declaration was made during the official launch of MaiStorage Technology Sdn Bhd, a new AI-focused venture in Putrajaya.

MaiStorage, a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Phison Electronics Corporation, specializes in integrated circuit (IC) design and storage solutions for data centers, AI applications, and the automotive industry. The venture represents a significant step in Malaysia’s journey toward becoming a leader in AI and digital technologies.
Anwar highlighted the collaborative efforts of government agencies, including the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI), TalentCorp, and the Selangor state government, in supporting MaiStorage’s establishment. “Their support has been instrumental in bringing this project to fruition, benefiting not only the company but the nation as a whole,” he remarked.
Reflecting on the venture’s rapid progress, Anwar noted, “We met early last year, decided to proceed in August, commenced operations in October, and today, we witness the results, including profitability.” 星报
MaiStorage has already trained and employed 60 young IC design engineers and achieved break-even profitability within its first year of operation. The company plans to continue investing in local talent development, aiming to train 175 Malaysian engineers by 2026.
Anwar also discussed the upcoming Kuala Lumpur Declaration, set to be unveiled at the 46th ASEAN Summit. The declaration will outline ASEAN’s strategic focus on governance, digital transformation, and future preparedness. “This document represents our collective commitment to move beyond rhetoric and take actionable steps on key issues,” he explained.
He stressed the importance of effective policy implementation and good governance in achieving sustainable outcomes. “Our biggest challenge is effective implementation. With discipline, clear policies, and transparent, corruption-free execution, we can make Malaysia a premier destination for investment in AI and digital fields,” Anwar concluded.
