2023年10月10日，Souq Capital Sdn. Bhd.（简称“SOUQ”）在KLGCC的Tournament Room推出了其首款产品 – 可赎回伊斯兰优先股（RPS-i）。此次活动得到了其商业合作伙伴，即Amanah Warisan Berhad（简称“AWARIS”），Phoenix Capital Advisory Sdn. Bhd.（简称“PHOENIX”）以及资本市场界的成员们其热烈参与。

SOUQ的主要目标是为投资项目筹集资金，旨在为其尊贵投资者群体带来显著的回报。通过战略投资举措，SOUQ旨在运用伊斯兰经济大环境中的机会，最终促进其投资者组合的稳健增长。

在推出RPS-i并由其首席执行官Encik Mohamed Rosli分享相关信息后，该活动还见证了SOUQ与AWARIS之间的战略业务合作伙伴关系的签署仪式，以及正式签署任命PHOENIX为RPS-i的主要代理机构的协议。

RPS-i的投资重点是运用与伊斯兰大环境相关的行业，重点包括：

On the 10th of October 2023, Souq Capital Sdn. Bhd. (“SOUQ”) launched its inaugural product Redeemable Preference Share-Islamic (RPS-i) at The Tournament Room, KLGCC. The event was graciously attended by fellow business partners namely, Amanah Warisan Berhad (“AWARIS”), Phoenix Capital Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“PHOENIX”) and members of the Capital Market fraternity.

SOUQ’s primary objective is to raise capital for investment endeavours, with the goal of achieving significant returns for it’s esteemed group of investors. Through strategic investment initiatives, SOUQ aims to capitalise on opportunities in the Islamic economy, ultimately contributing to the growth of it’s investor’s portfolios.

Upon launching the RPS-i and sharing of pertinent information by its CEO, Encik Mohamed Rosli, the event also witnesses the signing ceremony between SOUQ and AWARIS for their strategic business partnership and the official signing of an agreement appointing PHOENIX as SOUQ’s Main Agency for the RPS-i.

During the networking session SOUQ and AWARIS took turns to answers several questions posted by the guest in house and the event ended with the serving of high tea by KLGCC.
